I think it fits a little big, I went to what felt the safer option with XXL but could've gone with XL. That aside, I LOVE THIS DRESS! It's super flattering, comfortable, the fabric is beautiful. I'm 5'2\\\" and It's a little bit long on me, but I don't care, I love the way it fit me, even though it was a little loose.

I will use this for family parties, and other gatherings. I am a size 16 and the XL fits perfectly. The material is thick enough that it does not need a slip. Floats around you nicely and hits mid calf so you can move and not show anything.
